I would definitely use Restoration Roofing again. Everyone from, Rick, Brandon, Brett and the crew that did the job were excellent. Great price and great communication, from updating me on their progress to answering all my questions. They also did an excellent job of cleaning out my gutters and even cleaned up the pine needles and leaves that were in the gutters. I couldn’t be happier. I feel so much better about my roof now. We got the roof on the house replaced before we moved in. We learned of Restoration Roofing from our real estate agent and we checked out several more companies when doing our due diligence. We checked both Idaho and Washington state's complaints and liability insurance web sites looking for problems. The only clean company we found was Restoration Roofing, LLC. The job was set to last two days and we got a call half way through the next day after the start of the project saying it was done. When we got to the house you couldn't tell that a crew had been there. All the debris was cleaned up and the new roof was in place. They cleaned out all the gutters, replaced the box vents on the roof with ridge vents and even put new caps and seals on the plumbing vents. They were not the cheapest bid but the investment with them was money well spent. I would recommend them to anyone.
The promptness and professionalism were impressive. The inspection and estimate were done in a manner that was concise and straightforward. The crew performing the work was efficient and thorough with a minimum of dislocation. I appreciate doing business with a company that does what it says it will do.
We recently bought our home and knew our roof was towards the end of its life (50 yrs +) and would need to be replaced. We had Restoration Roofing come out to make a few minor repairs and evaluate the condition of our roof. It was brought to our attention after a thorough inspection it needed to be completely replaced down to the trusses. Rick was professional and knowledgeable and discussed all of our options, he helped us make an informed decision and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived and did a great job!! We now have the peace of mind that our roof and gutters will last for years to come and it looks awesome!!. Thank you to Restoration Roofing and the crew!
